1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Steinadler Digital Library, you agree to these Terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Steinadler Verlag provides online access to digital educational materials (e-books) to users who activate a valid code printed in a physical book. Access is personal and non-transferable.
3. Activation codes
- Each activation code unlocks access for one account for the stated duration.
- Codes may not be resold, shared, or used fraudulently.
- Expired codes cannot be reactivated.
A code cannot be transferred
Once activated, the digital edition belongs to that account. If a book changes hands, the new owner cannot re-use the code.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Attempt to download, copy, or redistribute the e-book content.
- Share your login credentials with others.
- Use automated tools to access the service.
- Reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
5. Intellectual property
All content (text, audio, images, and interactive elements) in the e-books is the exclusive property of Steinadler Verlag (Εκδόσεις Κουναλάκη). You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to access it during your subscription period.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund of any physical book purchase.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
