Steinadler Verlag (Εκδόσεις Κουναλάκη) operates the Steinadler Digital Library at digital.steinadlerverlag.com. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this service.

2. What data we collect
- Account data: your name and email address, provided when you register.
- Usage data: which e-books you have activated and when your access expires.
- Authentication data: login sessions managed securely by Supabase.
We do not collect payment information. We do not track browsing behaviour beyond what is necessary to run the service.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): providing access to e-books you have unlocked with an activation code.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the service secure and preventing misuse of activation codes.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain your account for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. Activation records are kept for 3 years for audit purposes.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

6. Third parties
We use Supabase (EU-hosted infrastructure) for authentication and data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Both processors have appropriate data processing agreements in place.
7. Changes to this policy
